not really, it would seem the st56f continuous combined of rail 1 and rail 2 is 40A abit more higher then fma 2 and not to mention the psu efficiency

bro.. i have to say that the silverstone strider series has issues.. and well, saying the least, the perpetrator of popularity for the strider series was no doubt a senior member in our community,

Enermax is a very good psu, besides having a very amperage on the 12V rails, the efficiency is also 80%. And very very reliable. Mistake none, Enermax is the way to go.

real power is beter..do some google?? smile.gif then you will know the answer the effiecieny of the real power psu is more higher than the extreme power psu ... :)extreme power 550w mean produce 550w at peak ?m i right?while real power 450w produce continous 450w ....

the continous power achieved by the psu depends on what ratings they give. Nowadays in PSUs, they give ratings of Peak and Max, that will help you figure out.
