help me choose cpu cooler

hey,i got a headache since tis morning trying to choose a nice cpu cooler coz my cooler master TX is starting to fail on me....i try to find a nice and cooling cooler....
now i narrow down to arctic cooler freezer 7 pro, thermalright ultra 120 and scythe infinity...
help me to choose or recommend me a better..price is not important and no water cooler pls....yea,i'm a heavy overclocker...
pls help and i think my head is going to blow real soon....

tat thermalright IFX 14 is not very good at cooling...
ac freezer 7 pro is nice but some reviews say tat it is noisy...still considering
anything nice to recommand pls

anyone use scythe infinity before,care to share ur thoughts?

thanks for all the suggestion guys...i've decide on the thermalright ultra 120...but one thing is tat the package doesnt come with a 120mm fan rite?
which 120mm should i buy?

but i dont want my computer to have a hummingly vacuum noise coming out from it...
i'm interested in the scythe s-flex s-fdb 120mm fan...any idea where i can buy it?
