good news for the special people. i'm not too sure how this kind of things go. i think you have to contact the association such as the blind or autistic to collaborate with them. try looking back at newspaper. i think i have read some articles about the handicapped people.
Good news ? I don't know. I think you're just insulting them. Anyone with a PC and Internet access is going to want more than Rm2. And you grossly underestimate the time you need to write. You can't write a piece you'd be happy with in 5-15 mins. The planning and structure itself will take you maybe 10-15 mins. As a rough guide, let's see how much your so-called disabled people can earn :(1) Yvonne Foong (activist, writer, thespian) -- Rm230K so far
(2) Anthony Thanasayan (writer, activist, business owner) -- about Rm100-300 an article, also has a company that trains guide dogs.
(3) Professor Datuk Dr Ismail Mohd Salleh, Dewan Negara Senator -- not sure how much his salary is, maybe 3000/month ?
Don't assume that blind/autistic people need charity.
