i think it depends how we train our dog. amos since small i let him go social already so he is very friendly.
my housemate dog also LCLY, b4 moving to our house dun play with dog one. but slowly slowly he loves to play with Amos already. but sumtimes still very action lah like want to bite Amos

omg so kesian the puppy. usually if we let the dog playing we all watch very closely 1. if im not around, amos also not allowed to come out play

ya still squating when he pee in my bathroom.
if he go out pee at roadside or tree then he lift his leg up to pee.

so far Amos still ok, only lifting when he pee outside. at home he wont.

did u use alarm clock??or just let him see u while u sleeping??

u can teach them tricks anytime now also. they learn faster when they are young.
about toilet train, just nid to be patient. i took some time to train amos as well.
when ur pup whine at night, ignore them. or another way is use alarm clock or let them see ur face whiel sleeping lo as i said. dun run to them n sayang him when they whine at night. poodle is 2nd smartest dog, dun let them take control of u. they are really smart.

it's only a short period ur dino will continue crying at night. reason being is they jsut get separated from their mum and stressful at new environment.
be prepared for such situation to continue until about 2 weeks time. each pup takes different time to get used to new environment. Amos stop climbing when i put clock near him and let him see my face.

toilet train takes time cos ur pup really young now. be patient abit. usually they pee/poo after meal or after wake up from sleep.

he mite stop crying sleeping with u. but about he pee/poo then difficult to say cos he is not trained yet. or maybe let him sleep near u bt not with u loh.

When Amos is young i used to train him to do on newspaper. when he wanted to pee/poo i will bring him to newspaper. if he did wrongly, i will bring him to the crime scene, point to his fault scold him and beat his pat pat.
but now Amos big already, he can understand where i want him to pee/poo. he can even pee/poo whenever i ask him to pee/poo. still he will have mistake sumtimes, especially he is very kap and not in my room. then he will be rushing up to my room n did half way like at the staircase. this one hard to control lah unless i got toilet for him downstair

maybe u can rewards him with food while praising him so that he get the idea.

haha..u cant expect him to udnerstand whatever u say le as we also duno what they trying to tel us most of the time.

yah..u can collect dino pee with newspaper n put at the place that u wan him to pee.

u have to bcareful ya when let Dino play on ur bed. some of the puppy wants to come down, even though scare will also jump down. it will hurt their bone very easily..so watch closely since dino is so tiny.

i think not floor too slippery lah..check ur herbie fur at her paws. maybe too long already make her slippery. nid to trim the fur there.

yes the fur inside their ear should be plucked and cleaned with ear cleaner but it won't cause bleeding. you can do the ear cleaning urself weekly.

is the chinese vet there each me to clean Amos ear n eyes.he even teach me to cut amos nails n teach me to trim amos paws fur by trimming Amos for me for the 1st time.

Added on April 29, 2008, 12:02 pmif u pluck weekly ur baby won cry. i think is not pain 1. Amos never cry when i pluck his fur. he only hate me dropping the ear drop only.

er...very difficult to use scissor 1. i use pet clipper.

actually u can wipe his pee using newspaper lah..dun nid to buy that housebreaking drop lah. most people commented that housebreaking aids doesnt works one.
