Hello Experts ...

i juz bought a new XFX 8600GT 256MB DDR3 from lowyat plaza.. since i use it, the GPU temp shows by Everest is about 57 degree in idle. when i gaming the temp up to 76 degree. is it XFX 8600GT can be replace by any model of fansink to reduce the temp?? can you guys suggest me any model of fansink.. state the price if you don't mind coz i want the budget one.. TQ

Or maybe ur Casng is too small? side of ur casing got Fans?

you need a proper air flow and air cooling for your case,
beside checking the temp of your gc,
also check your cpu and whole system temp,
i am wondering why your gc is so hot,
even my 8800gts 320mb heat moster also just around 60C on IDLE,
70C+- on full load...

standard size casing. yes, got 1 fan at the side but not at the back coz i use Gigabyte G-Power Pro for CPU cooler and the 10CM cannot be fit at the back. so how ya

open ur side panel case lor...see lu....front of ur casing got 120cm fans blow in?

[on idle] My CPU around 36 degree, mobo temp about 42, but the GPU temp 57 degree. i think i need to change the GPU fansink with the large one but i don't know if there a part can be apply to the GC.. if you guy know what brand of fansink plz specify...

no fan at the front. already open side of the casing but it only help decrease a little temp , about 72 degree on load...

oh God, sorry la i have no digicam right now coz my sister borrow it. but this is the casing i've use right now..

mine 8800GTS 512mb normal idle is 65C-max load 85-90C

seems like all GC temp between 60 - 90, so this is normal la. i thought my GC will burn when i gaming, but not..
thanks all, but i'll get COOLER MASTER Cool ViVa G1 soon 4 my GC..
