Actually, what you said is quite ignorant. I've lived in AU for 5 years, and not even once have I experienced internet down time. Also, in the past month, TMNet's Streamyx was down 3 times. I remember quite clearly because of certain important events. If your service is down, TMNet, at least put up a notification on your website so people would know what's happening.
