What is the cost of land in PJ
what is the process of acquiring a land?

Land? I dont think there is many land in PJ anymore. Most are owned by big companies

so if i see a lot of land how can i find the owner of the land?

You can find out details of a plot of land from the local Land Office and Survey Department. Just pay them a fee between RM50 to RM100 if I'm not mistaken.
