Hi Admin and Moderators,

I am not sure if this is the correct place to post this...but I would like to suggest a new dedicated section in the forum to discuss on Home decoration, renovation, Interior design, Home electrical appliances, DIY, lightings, furnitures and all other stuff about doing up our home.

The closest I can get in this forum is "Business and Investment House" -> "Property talk"
I'm sure response will be quite good among the people who owns a house.
This can be a place for people to share knowledge and experience in turning their house into a home

i support this thread very much. Maybe Home Improvement Section. Many areas can be looked into like lawn and garden, plumbing, wiring, DIY, Kitchen, furniture, lighting, bedroom, toilet, flooring, walls, alarm system...etc

it's either the business section or travel section.

i think its too vague to categorize it between business section travel section or audiophile section as its tightly related to each categories(not to mention DIY is something to do with hobby section too). I too am looking forward on home improvement as its one of a way of sharing designs and DIY between members. Not to mention, i've noticed a few fellow forumers have groom their home into perfect idol house. its certainly something i would look forward to them on sharing cost, design, dimension, materials and other relevant information. Hope the proposal will become a reality.

Yup dgrebel...Subforum in Business section is "Property talk". I guess it's more of discussing about real estate.
And Travel and Living section is more of holiday trips, food and hotels..

I think that this new section can be a place for us to share our experiences and even photos to help each other.
Admin and mods, what do you think?

yeah, support this suggestion. as ppl nowadays r very focus on their house's decoration. this is useful especially for those who juz wanna set up a new house.

Its up for discussion among the mods.

Well yes, we could easily have sections about DIY and stuff.

I also support this suggestion....at least we know where to find kitchen designer and the price oso.....

yup..we can also share experience about interior design layouts, furniture shops, security systems, automatic gate and even DIY techniques
