Hello all, would like to discuss good properties. We always hear about complaints and bad comments, so I hope to discuss good comments for a change . Be it well managed, nice environment, good location or whatever works for you. A price range would be good too.

I'll start the ball rolling:
1. Villa Flora, TTDI, 400k and above - Medium density, good location, well managed, good facilities, good neighborhood.
2. Cita Damansara, Sunway Damansara, ~400k - Low density, quiet neighborhood, beautiful landscaping.

Bayu Idaman - Prima Saujana Kajang, big build up, low density, good fengshui, good access to places (this is personal preference laaa).....not bad landscape.

Casa Mutiara - Cool place with sky gym + pool + jacuzzi, city center, walking distance to LRT,fantastic rental.
