Firstly,
even you use Super Computer pair with 8800GT, it will bootleneck too , just measure in very tiny unit like nano or bla bla. Theres no any problem if you use 3600+ Pair with 8800GT. Probably performance will lose if compare with others like 4000+ , E6750 and bla bla This post has been edited by 168257061: Jan 2 2008, 06:52 AM |

do have a read at my BOTTLENECK article (refer to signature).
you might lose a few frames or quite a lot of frames. this depends on the game and the resolution you're running at. |

QUOTE(ageell2004 @ Jan 2 2008, 07:12 PM) thanks alot guys i cant really tell u how much 6000+ will be better than 3600+, but u really want to upgrade ur rig for gaming, graphic card comes first then the RAM lastly the processor, although some games might depend more on processor some might depend more on the grpahic card itself, but no matter wat, the graphic card still important.Added on January 2, 2008, 7:16 pmbut i want to know how much will my 3600+ performance compare to 6000+ so i can tell myself is it a need to upgrade my proc aswell or just the 3850. will it more than 50%? if u upgrade the graphic card without upgrading the processor, bottleneck will still there, but the performance sure will increase. if u upgrade ur processor without upgrade the graphic card, there's a performance increase, and the loading time is shorter, but it doesnt not increase much graphics quality. bottleneck will never be eliminated... |
