Helo everyone ,

just posting my very unhealthy record here, need comments on a more healthy and compromising lifestyle change. Please feel free to comment on my life style, food intake/consumption and fitness, cause I am totally clueless when it comes to health n fitness



Current Details :-

Age: 24 years old
Height : 179 cm
Weight : 79 kg
Bodyfat : 3%-8% (last count by Celebrity Fitness, I know it may sound rediculous but thats what I was told)
BMI : not sure
Waist : 30


Goals :
- Survive till 80
- increase stamina, gets tired too easily

Workout :-

Monday - Friday
- Chasing after paper work, alot of walking in office.

Sat-Sunday
- Sleep

other than that no work-out



Normal Diet style :-


Breakfast
- stick of ciggie
- 1x cup of milo/nescafe

alternate
- noodles at hawker stall
- nasi lemak biasa

rare
- home made Salad

In between
Biscuits (wholesome Jacob)

Lunch
- stick of ciggie
- chicken rice/noodles
- 2x coffee One after lunch and one for the road

In between
- Biscuits

Dinner
- Typical meal of Soup + Meat (chicken or beef only) + Vege + Fruits


I know I have been a bad boy, please don't throw stones at me >.<

i guess u nid to slot some time for exercise if u wanna live till 80 years old.. if u continue tat for 1 or 2 years.. then u know tongue.gif

That is some low body fat you got there my friend, and that ciggie thing, do you think its necessary, that would not help you to touch 80yrs of age.
