just posting my very unhealthy record here, need comments on a more healthy and compromising lifestyle change. Please feel free to comment on my life style, food intake/consumption and fitness, cause I am totally clueless when it comes to health n fitness
Current Details :-
Age: 24 years old
Height : 179 cm
Weight : 79 kg
Bodyfat : 3%-8% (last count by Celebrity Fitness, I know it may sound rediculous but thats what I was told)
BMI : not sure
Waist : 30
Goals :
- Survive till 80
- increase stamina, gets tired too easily
Workout :-
Monday - Friday
- Chasing after paper work, alot of walking in office.
Sat-Sunday
- Sleep
other than that no work-out
Normal Diet style :-
Breakfast
- stick of ciggie
- 1x cup of milo/nescafe
alternate
- noodles at hawker stall
- nasi lemak biasa
rare
- home made Salad
In between
Biscuits (wholesome Jacob)
Lunch
- stick of ciggie
- chicken rice/noodles
- 2x coffee One after lunch and one for the road
In between
- Biscuits
Dinner
- Typical meal of Soup + Meat (chicken or beef only) + Vege + Fruits
I know I have been a bad boy, please don't throw stones at me >.<
