PS:the problem was the mod suspended me for 3 days . but the silly guy 779364 get away happily without any stern action been taken against him.
Polite ?mod u really did a good job! to 779364 but why should i be harrasing by him with all these offensive words?? mod is playing DOUBLE STANDARD in my case.fair or NOT u cant run away.rt?

fasdeal007 and 779364 have started to post nonsense by the time I visited that thread already, and have turn into flamefest war.I came in and invisibled those post which started all of that.As a punishment for both, I've requested warning for both and thread closure.

Then, 779364 also started a thread on Kopitiam http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=600343&hl= aimed at fasdeal. Still unsatisfied by that, fasdeal went to 779364 garage sales thread and posted same/similar post at 779364 thread. Example of the post can be seen at post 6 http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=599655&hl= .Had enough of both of them, I warned them in the same thread itself (post 7) to stop all of the nonsense.

779364 followed it and stop it, and reported fasdeal post which is similar as above. I attended the report, and fasdeal still post despite I've told them both to stop it. I requested goldfries to give holiday to both of them for the mess, but after goldfries checking, he see that a warn is fit. Fasdeal have not stop yet at this point, and I inform it to goldfries. Thus 779364 got warn, and fasdeal got warn+holiday for all the mess that both of them created.

Then out of nowhere, yesterday, firefoxfly PM me.Our PM conversation are as below:-

My point of view:- I don't care who started it. Both are wrong in my view. fasdeal got his punishment because he still stubborn and ignorant of my warning on the thread itself to stop all the mess.And both have some feud previously from this post http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...post&p=14875174 earlier on.

for the tread war, i think the mod has do his job by given warning and ban to those who is still ignorant.
if u still receive those unnecessary msg, i think you can get the mod help to check your mail box and giving notice and warning to the sender...
MOD is alway there to do their job. just be patient.

Keep it in PM and not in main thread.
That's a feud between you 2 and keep it that way.
Warn him that if he keeps sending offensive PM than just report to the mods and I think they would act on it. But when you chose to retaliate by tarnishing the said person's thread, than it's an offense guilty to both.
What steven did was right because as a mod, he maintained the cleanliness of threads. What was transversed through PM was not reported and is between you both unless you report it.
You could have easily stop playing childish games with him and report straight.
Just hope it's a lesson learned.

I think Mods can warn 779364 not to send anymore offensive PM to fasdeal007.
Btw, fasdeal007 you can always click the ignore button after you've viewed 779364's profile and you weren't be seeing his post anymore.

What is much interesting in that astro thread was, your last post before all the war started was posted on December 7,2007. Then on December 10,2007, you posted that genting casino toilet and the war seems to stop. Out of nowhere on December 29, all hell break loose.

fasdeal007, my warning posted on December 29,2007 2.01pm, and just look at your action from the above quotes.
For 25 minutes, it seems that you have more than ample time to lodge a complaint against his vulgar PM in the Helpdesk. But no, you did not take that route. Instead, you go to his thread and posted that. The war keeps going round and round when you opted for your own route. And yes, I feel that 779364 are as guilty as you. All of this could stop if you can bring it to the Helpdesk earlier.Action could be taken against him earlier.Damage have been done, he got his warn and you got your punishment when you keep going for the war which I feel fair.

As of your received message at timestamped 2.28pm, it was within/approximately plus minus range that time when you both received your punishment.

And if you look at the Astro thread, there's editing done at the same day, December 7 at 840pm.Then you came back on December 10 after that and posted Genting Casino toilet and boom, the war starts. And for your information, that Astro thread was closed by me, and not him.And all of this wouldn't start if you did not reply back the Genting Casino toilet reply on December 10. As said, both of you are guilty for your action.

And if you keep insisting us of double standard, I've got nothing much more to say.

Under Messenger, PM Buddies/Block List, under Add a member,
I guess you know what to do next.

Next, Manage Ignored Users under Options,
Input the username of the user, and Update it.

p.s. Oh and if you still open/continue a thread regarding this matter after this, blame yourself, blame your finger for unblock his post, blame your temper. FYI, moderators will clean those uneccessary posts/threads, you don't have to fight back to get things done faster.

Nope, you can't do it like 1 person but multiple account. Admin or Mods will see that you have the same IP address and question you.
