No idea dude. It depends on how much you trust the Govt's vision of the IDR.

Look at what happened to Cyberjaya tongue.gif

IDR is not for the faint hearted and those who do not take a l..o.n..g term view on their investment.

Have you asked them when they first started selling their bungalows?

I'm currently staying in Skudai and I can share some light on this development project. Nusajaya is getting more crowded compared to 2/3 years ago. The development is booming very fast here, even before the announcement of IDR. With its close proximity to Singapore, the cheap property is there is very attractive not just for the S'poreans or S'pore bound Msian workers, but even for locals here. As you may be aware, S'pore property is very expensive nowdays. I also plan to buy a house there, maybe somewhere around Taman Bukit Indah.

At the point when you posted this message, I bought one double storey terrace for Rm230,000,now,it is Rm325,000.This is not really demand driven, it is cost driven as the building material cost hiked due to oil prices.

after the failure of cyber jaya and so many corridor. My personally believe Nusajaya could be success as the government wouldn't make the same mistake again and again.

They just did with previous ventures that you mentioned. so I guess past track records speaks for itself.

Only if their most recent previous undertaking is a success, only then I would be slightly hopeful over their next one.
