you should never keep too many crabs in one tank, they need to have alot of space to grow. so mainly a two feet tank can house about 5-10 growing crabs until adult size to avoid fights and deaths.

Also, you must provide 2 dishes of water for your crabbies, one sea salt water and one normal water, but both must be free of chlorine. CHLORINE can hurt your crabbies.
