It does sound like a good deal except 17" is too heavy for my liking and I don't have the moolah to spend *grins*

btw , the 17" is really awesome when u view pic , movies , games , lol

but carrying it around if travel often looks abit weird only

design wise its better for 17" no ?

the palm rest area is huge , ur palm can lay commfortably up there , and the temperature is way cooler then th 15"

Yea.. fugly design for me la. The palm rest area is huge and make it looks like the keyboard is smaller and odd looks. Dono why, I just dislike that odd looks.

Mac as a present... go register it at apple.com/register. normally, if there's no proof of purchase, we'll take the serial number for warranty claims. if possible, the person / company that gave the gift, will have a receipt.
