I'm a Chinese guy, I'm not going after a Malay girl (or any girl for the matter), I asked this out of curiosity.

I find them rather shy and feminine when I talk to them. Is it because they are brought up to be soft-spoken or cos they're not used to talking to Chinese guys? But overall I think they are well-mannered and some of my friends say they can do housework and cook well, which the modern Chinese girl can't do nowadays. My Mamak friend says they're aggressive and hard to go after.

It's impossible to generalize but what are the traits that are common to most Malay girls? What do you all think?

Some attractive, some don't even look like Malay. If not from conservative family, they tend to dress like others. No tudung or something.

Are you disgusted by the fact that we men admire the quality in a woman who can cook and take good care of the house? Nothing wrong with us guys looking for this kind of women for companion. By the way, he only mentioned about well mannered, can cook and do housework....the other things you say are only your words.

Nahh...you're right. In other words, high maintenance. Although some Malays are quite high maintenance too, especially those super emotional ones.

this proven that u're not a malay and u cant cook sh1t for your bf (if u ever have one)....
also may never clean up your room/house yourself...

my gf is a malay muslim and she's for me.
and yes...i choose malay coz of their keayuan, learn how to cook, do housework, and willingness to become submissive to the husband...
being submissive to the husband is part of the duty of being a wife in muslim, mind u.

of coz, we as a husband, in return must treat them well and wif respect as well.

i feel that malay girls is more easy to handle and well mannered other than other races girls. no offense but i think diff culture other than malay not really need a girl to be soft spoken and well mannered...this is a girl is.....and on the other hand..chinese girl mostly have small boobs...

it doesnt matter if its malay, chinese or wutever race the girl is..
alot of ppl nowadays arent that interested in doing housechores anymore..

if the person is brought up with good manners, they'll tend to be well-mannered to u of coz..
And being the multi-cultured bolehland, when one talks to another ppl from other race, we tend to be more polite as not to offend the other.

IMHO, there's no point in trying to generalize the common traits as everybody regardless of race are unique by themselves.

FYI, my female chinese frens can cook very well and able to do housework even tho they are from the city and they do parties alot..

btw, i'm not siding on any race tho.. i'm not even chinese

Surely guys would like someone who can cook for them. But hey, if girls can be demanding, why can't the guys be demanding also? Anyway, with Malay girls you have to support her emotionally. And by I mean support, I mean a lot. They tends to get jealous sometimes. Hyper jealous.

thr are good and bad malay girls .. there are also good and bad chinese girls .. same thing, there are good and bad indian girls.
