my friend wanna sell his galaxy 7900gs to me. his gc is factory oced from 450/1320mhz to 550/1500mhz. then just this few days got some artifacts while playing games. i tried to reapply new thermalpaste b4, the temp drop a lot but the artifacts still occur.

then he just go buy 256mb 8800gt considering his gc is faulty already.
then he tried to lower the core/mem speed of his 7900gs to 500/1400mhz to try to fix his gc and now no artifacts while heavy gaming. he wanna sell the gc to me cheap2 only. what u guys think?? should i grab the gc?? he provide 1 weeks personal warranty as factory warranty expired. his price really damn cheap...
