You might wanna try search for a 2nd hand 3870. For around RM320-350, you should be able to get a decent overclocked version.
If you insist on 3850, contact uncle jack from Precess...he should be able to hook u up with some Gainward ones at a good price.

Can find Gainward from BJ at around that price also...

One more thing, overclockability is very subjective. I've seen an E82 which could do 4.0Ghz even when undervolted...
But frankly for RM350, it's not the best bargain i'd say. But if thats the only which fits your budget, then it might be a good upgrade from your last rig.

Not a bad setup there. And the price is pretty reasonable too.
For the rams, actually most rams will do.
Value rams are as cheap as RM100 per 2gb nowadays.
Even the halfcut KVRs 2gb also going for RM105 only.

If you feel 2gb is enough, i've seen a lot of value rams going at RM80 for 2x1gb in garage.
Or you might want to get those Tracers Shawty is selling. Pretty good price also.

Btw, the E5200 will do 4Ghz easily...

For the rams, for 2x1gb, try to find a 2nd hand kit of Team Xtreem. Should be around RM220.
Or RM120 for 2x1Gb Value Ram should be fine as well.
The RM90 one, why is it only 1 month warranty? No manufacturer lifetime warranty.
Btw, if you're really low on budget, you can get the Micron D9HNP for RM40 1gb DDR2 800. So it'll be RM80 for 2Gb.

About the Freezer 64 pro, it will not fit LGA 775 even if you have the mounting. The LGA775 model is called the Freezer 7 pro.
You can consider getting a Sunbeam Core Contact Freezer for you CPU. Thats one of the best LGA775 cooler out there. Try to contach tkh_1001. Nice seller and nice price as well.

Oic, then why not get the RM80 one i mentioned, those are covered under personal warranty as well as they came from HP PCs.
Btw, 2gb or 4gb depends on what OS u run. If XP, i'd say 2gb will be good. If Vista, maybe you wanna try 4gb.
Anyway, for RM30 extra, i'd say buy the new Value Rams. A little extra for life time warranty, worth it mar...

For the cooler, i dun think the Hyper 212 will be a good choice...
When placed beside the sunbeam, it doesn't justify it's price anymore. The CCF is a superb cooler at a superb price...

Bro, for the rams, just run on any rams you could find now which you find it most attractive.
Rams nowadays would most probably do at least DDR900, so most likely you'll have enough FSB from it to run 1:1 for the E5200.
Worse case, run it on dividers.

About the PCI-E frequency, i have no idea, maybe u can google...

PSU can get Forton Bluestorm II 500w or maybe a CM460w extreme power. Try avoiding the 500w and above extreme powers. Those are crappy PSUs based on the 460w.

There is no proper solution for the 8 series issue.
All current fixes released are just temporary fixes.
What it does is just to speed up the graphic fan and run it on full speed at all time to reduce the fluctuation of temperatures on the graphic core.
This helps prolong the lifepsan of the Chip, but it'll still eventually die off some day. Just a matter of time.
