Microsoft what? Microshame is the better word for it i guess. I have bought like 20 arcade games for the past two years iam on Xbox Live, and now everything became trial versions. Why? Because i accidently deleted system items/ Rights Database from my HDD. I thought it was nothing and i just had to delete it off. Then,i realised that all my arcade games from my KernkraftX360 gamertag became trial versions, 20 of them ! And so as the themes that i have downloaded. I think it happened because i just bought a new console and use the old harddrive into the new console cause most of my contents are there. But it seems that i cant load them

And i ter-delete my KernkraftX360 gamertag as well, and guess what? Iam not able to recover my gamertag since this morning. It says that XBOX live sign up is unavailable at the moment and to try later. It has been like this since last night . Can someone confirm this for me pls? And has anyone encountered the problems before?

It is sad that Ive bought 20 arcade games, and it became trial versions. How damn sad is that? is there any way for me to regain them back? If not, I think it has been a waste of time and money. Microsoft is a leech, money throbbing leech.

I also had the same problem, but only when im not connected to live

and after that you can recover your xbox live gamertag and stuff la.. no worries

omg kernkraft really? u were telling me about the 20 arcade games u got, just the other day! = S

Apparently Xbox Live is having issues, that include gamertag recovery, taking longer than usual to load the blade etc etc. Major nelson has update regarding the issues @ his blog twitter.

cannot recover.. have to wait like 10 hours... then recover ..

sometimes can sometimes can't.

my fren kItX cant recover his gametag as well. scared the sh*t out of him he nearly kautim unlock all prestige mode in cod4 and this happen

Wow dude, you're really trying to be a hero lah brother. If u dont have the solution, then dont waste ur time posting and my time reading. Anyways, i can recover my gamertag already, it seems they are having problems with their server. But its all good now. And the problem on why all of my arcade games turned into trial versions is nothing to do with my deleting the files and etc.

It seems that when u transfer an old hard drive to a new console, it wont register. It means that, only the profile u downloaded your contents with can access the files, in my case, i download most of the contents through my US gamertag account,which is silver and i dont use them much. And now my Singapore account cant really access the files like it used to. Now MS is really f***ed up cause iam not the only one having this problem. They cant really fix they problem and they come up with something like this ;

Create a dummy account, they'll credit you with points and let you buy all and download the games uve bought again. This is troublesome since i dont know if i cant do it cause i live in Malaysia, and i dont think the helpline is toll free.

did you try redownload all your arcade games again? it happens to me before when i switched to another hdd and my only full arcade game, double dragon was turned into trial version. just redownload back again using the original account when you purchased last time. but still it's a very troublesome steps lah

i think yours is different problem, since IINM the licenses is tied to the console, not HDD.
