anyone know wat is the operating hours of applecare hotline malaysia? do they work on weekends?

yes i it is 24/7. but last time my 1st call to ask something about my macbook pro about ram, and before end call, i ask is it i purchase applecare plan protection there will be no changer in call and service as well. he said yes, and he take my number as well b4 end up the call. but my mobile credit reduce also. ?????? don't know what they mean by free call.

24/7.... i just called.. they r closed.. i thot the 1-800 is toll free number? or only toll free if u r calling from a fixed line? not sure... :S

toll free if u call from fixed line . if u call using mobile phone , it will be considered as local line .

AppleCare is 9 am to 6 pm, Malaysian time. Monday to Friday.
tollfree, from landlines only. our dear Celcom, DiGi and Maxis are charging for toll-free...
