U need to go meet with PTPTN officer at their office or call them.
But i try called them b4....
not yet ready for the new offer letter to reduce to 1%

but i thought the 1% announce is applied to all the PTPTN borrower according to the paper and the staff said will send the new offer letter batch by batch until now still not getting it.
