if we want the gov to UBAH, we ourself have to UBAH our mind first

I just settle my loan with 20% discount, I would like to share the steps I had done.
I visit UTC, PTPTN counter is opened during weekend, it's very convenient!

- I visit counter and request to know the latest total loan amount that I need to pay
- They give me a statement with their chop and signature on it, it stated the total amount that i need to pay, that amount printed on the statement is only last for current month because the figure will be different due to additional admin fees in following month. So, estimate the total amount is (latest loan - 20%) + admin fees + etc fees
- I went to bank to buy bank draft, receiver name put the full name of PTPTN as well as the total amount provided by them
- I submit bank draft to counter, receipt is given on the spot
- within 1 week, release letter is emailed to me

Release letter proof that you officinally settle your PTPTN loan.
Try to contact your penyelaras and get the release letter either email soft copy or post hardcopy to you.
