I heard only the non-bumi pay back the PTPTN and the rest never pay back and never need to...How true is that?
*
sudah sign agreement, MUST PAY regardless you're non-bumi or bumi.
do you think bank will survive if non-bumi pay back the loan while the rest is not?
the amount applying the loan, the rest > non-bumi

I'm malay and pay RM 250/month, to settle the balance RM 9K

ada duit nak pergi overseas, but tak ada duit nak bayar walaupun RM 50 kepada ptptn.

sorry to say but certain ptptn defaulters are quite hypocrite.
those whom butthurt with my statement, it's definitely true.

Oh, cool. Thanks! biggrin.gif

But regarding the question i've asked any ideas roughly how many days or weeks? it's been a week now it hasn't updated anything yet.
*
if takes more than a week for payment to be updated, spam their e-mail by sending all the payment proof to make sure they update every cent of it smile.gif

Hey, does anyone know whether is it possible to repay your loan from overseas if you already got a job there?
*
If you still keep bank account in malaysia, you can TT some of your salary from oversea to your bank account in Malaysia.
then, you proceed paying the loan through online banking smile.gif

QUOTE(falxon88 @ Mar 4 2012, 02:35 PM)
Hey there! Did anyone realized that CIMB is not included in the bank list if paying through E-FES?
*
I didn't use E-Fes. I use CIMBCLICKS and the charge still the same, 50 cent.

Bro how long would E-Fes updates itself if paying by CIMBCLICKS?
*
three days tops (during working days) or maybe up to one week.

If the statement still not update, e-mail to PTPTN with screenshot of the payment.

as long as got balance left and skip the payment, ptptn charge you kos pentadbiran every month. But kos pentadbiran eventually reduced if the balance reduced as well.

if i return all amount before the start of paying monthly will they charge me 1% or totally no interest?
*
afaik, ptptn will began adding interest 6 months after you graduate.
if you pay all in lump sum within 6 months period after graduation, you only pay the total loan you apply.

i might be wrong. so you need to contact ptptn for clear answer smile.gif

If you still keep the original surat tawaran, you may start by reading FAQ in PTPTN website on how to repay your loan, through online/PTPTN counter/bank counter.

If not, please contact PTPTN to obtain surat tawaran

It takes time to update the system. Give them at least a week, then check the balance again. smile.gif
