does this ptptn loan count towards/against other loan (housing n car) ?

example ptptn loan payment per month is 300
want to buy house monthly installment is 900
salary is 3k(assume)
bank can consider your monthly max repayment is 3k/3 = 1k/month

but have to pay 1.2k monthly if pay 4 housing n ptptn so bank approve?



another question

if u delay/reduce in payment to ptptn, does it count towards the credit agency/ctos bad records when u want to apply 4 credit cards and/or housing/car loans?
