best to blacklist those ppl, bar them from going overseas, bar them from epf savings. chances has been given (govt essentially lent them interest free loan but still refuse to pay back)
take a look at USA and see how lucky you are to receive basically interest free loans. |

whats the latest implication on PTPTN holders? are you all barred from travelling atm if the debt has not been settled? or monthly repayment not done.
