QUOTE(wintermelon @ Dec 29 2007, 10:57 AM) I heard from a friend that the payment is quite flexible as long as you pay. Most of my friends are not paying because they just started to work, just barely enough to survive. Many employers said we are newbies without experience and pay us really low. Anyone know how to pay the PTPTN via maybank2u.com? log on into your mb2u and add PTPTN into your payee list.same as CIMB and public bank.CIMB charged RM0.50 per payment and public bank charged RM1 if i am not mistaken

the calculation have to depend on the amount u paid per month as well.the more u paid,u will settle the loan faster and pay less interest.
Example on 10,000 Loan:
yearly interest= RM300,so monthly u have to pay : RM25.
If u paid RM25 per month, until you die,you still only paid their interest only.So if u paid more than RM25 like RM50.after 1 year is RM600.
So 2nd year = RM10000+RM300 interest - RM600(you paid)=RM9700
RM9700x3% again ....
