I have 1 problem. I used direct debit to pay my foundation fees and after finish up degree, my loan kena combine frm both into one. The new installment not yet declare to me and i just graduated on october. Any idea how to amend direct debit amount??? because i intend to pay higher for every month... any idea?

For amend direct debit amount (increase amount to pay):

1) Print out from PTPTN website and fill up Borang Pindaan/Pembatalan Direct Debit PTPTN
2) Go to PTPTN office give them the form and they will tell you (termination direct debit need 3 days process)
3) After 3 days, re-apply direct debit application online in PTPTN portal
3A) If 3 days later, termination process still not done, go to office the process not yet done
4) Enjoy your direct debit     

For termination direct debit PTPTN

1) Same as above
2) Go to PTPTN office give them the form and tell them you want to terminate direct debit service( they will ask for reason if finish pay ptptn confirm can terminate direct debit service)
3) Enjoy your free world...     

anyone try apply direct debit via online? During I applying process it show me unsuccessful but when try to re-apply there are no option to apply anymore

come to think of it... I can't find the purpose of the loan deferment policy other than paying later..:confused:
Its not like they suspend the interest during deferment period or something like that...
End of day borrowers below 4k income eligible for this deferment need to pay more..
