u talk about pay via efes right?! Usually I pay with this, but it already out of service few weeks sweat.gif

I'm sorry. They changed the system already. My mistake.

I'm not sure if PIN (No Pinjaman) to login to e-FES is similar to the No. Surat Tawaran.

Last time, it used to be a 6-digit PIN as the login password.

My apology since my information is obsolete.

Ha,is ok! We do a discussion here, thanks a lot! notworthy.gif

Once you login to the e-FES, can you view the online statement? If you can view it, then you can grab the No. Surat Tawaran.

Sorry that I'm not sure if the PIN I have can login to view my old 3% statement.

Able to login and only can view the last year statement, there is no where to tell the No Surat Tawaran there, already check biggrin.gif

You're correct. My memory is poor as I cannot remember much.

I believe only the printed statement displays the No Surat Tawaran.

They are no longer using email now. Instead, they have changed to Online Complaint system.

I have successfully changed my 3% PTPTN to 1%.
Now PTPTN direct debit from my monthly salary.

Could I assume that after 15 years, my PTPTN will be paid off?
Is there any hidden charges / administrative cost that I should aware of?

I couldn't understand the statement at all and staffs from KL Sentral are not helpful enough to answer my question.
*
From now until you pay off 15 years later, you will be charged for an fixed amount every month.

Then, on top of that, you'll be also be charged for a small amount of insurance protection. This amount is reduced based on the outstanding principal you have.

Other than that, I believe no more hidden or surprise charges.

By the way, did PTPTN have any late payment charges or penalty for late payment?
*
I don't think so. They'll still charge you (month fixed amount and insurance charges) no matter your payment reaches or not.

Friend, this is a thread to discuss on PTPTN repayment; not on PTPTN disbursement.

@a-ei-a, I don't know how to answer that but perhaps you may throw that question to PTPTN.

All I shared with you previously are replies from PTPTN officers.

Since they are abolishing PTPTN, still need to repay? Loans will be nullified later?
*
There's no firm decision on this matter. Wait till everything is really confirmed and announced. No point to discuss and speculate at this stage.

Khairy also requested to abolish the 1% admin fee.

It's just a hype for the mean time.
