This thing is supposed to be cooler than current 65nm chips. Well, 1.7Vcore and 65C load is considered good.

just want to know..it is any problems if i pair foxconn mars with any performance ram like Crucial USA Ballistix 2GB (2x1GB) DDR2 800MHz or any others performance ram...

i dont think it will cause any problem..
