1. If you know how and do it right, the overclocked speed is stable and perform just as good. You need to stress test before concluding it is stable which many people doesn't do but instead post up a Super PI screenshot.
2. Many things can void the warranty but from my years of experience, I've never had problems claiming warranty despite overclocking. I doubt Intel or AMD would check each CPU one by one while RMA-ing.
3. You can do anything you want and some people can put in 1.5V as well (like me).
4. I'm not sure if it's meaningless but I hope I clear your doubts.

QUOTE(decarusz @ Dec 27 2007, 12:55 AM) i now at 39 C. 2812rpm i tried prime95.(12 hour) max at 43 C. 35xx rpm i only oc until around 3.0 to 3.2... need change heat sink a?.. if dowan how?.. whats the max temperature should it be for stability..? i have seen some listing that said max cover temp = 63 C it will reach that high a? Whether you need to change your HSF or not would be based on a few factors. If your load temp is 43C and considering you are not intending to overclock insanely, you don't really have to change the HSF.

QUOTE(bryanyeo87 @ Dec 27 2007, 01:00 AM) 1. yala =_= then later on they complain that the pc is unstable =___=" 3. Well, thats why i said before mar... my theory is that, for the e2140, intel will still accept RMA for up to 1.55v ... still a theory la.. no one to prove it right yet @TS wa.. pentium D... smithfield.... urmmm.. better get a 3rd party cooler before touching those volts LoL Yeah, that's why nice people around like you would have to help people with unstable overclocked PC's I just got my IFX-14 and plan to run 1.5V at least but I think I need better RAM's

When you overclock, you'll have to add in more voltage eventually. With that, it produces heat and heat is the common enemy when it comes to overclocking.
If your load temp is 44C then I'd say its fine. I'm using IFX-14 and my load can go upto 60C-62C running Orthos.
