QUOTE(gzero @ Jan 2 2008, 06:15 PM)
I have just installed the beta version, ran the program but unable to activate it because the shortcut button require to activate it is the "pen/pencil button" + "c" and i was wondering what the heck does the pen button means. then only i realize that the button only exist on n95 and not n82 sad.gif any idea how can i simulate this "pen" button? lol! this is dumb

You have to install the Pen+C emulator for the N82.

Get it here.

It's unsigned, so you need to sign it in order to be able to install it. But I guess you already know that, since you've already installed the Nokmote Beta on your phone nod.gif To use it, launch Nokmote first, then go into your Apps folder, then launch the Pen+C emulator, and Nokmote will activate.

anyway for N82 user out there, u can try the NokMote but you will need the Pen+C button emulator to activate the function as posted by wr6969 above. I have uploaded it into another server.

Oh yes, you will need to sign both the file smile.gif

P/S - Rapidshare and Megaupload sucks!

I don't want to rain on your parade, gzero, but samir, the author, specifically requested that this version not be released to the public. It was only distributed to people who donated to him. He's in the process of requesting for formal certification from symbiansigned.com so that he can release a public version.

I understand what are you saying here, but the software was meant to be a freeware in the future anyway isnt it? It's just a matter of time before it was released. Actually i have considered about this earlier, if it was a cr@.ck software, i wouldn't have posted it so openly. Anyway, i am sure you did not get it through donation, did you? tongue.gif Anyway, due to the respect to the author, i shall remove the link now smile.gif
Edit : Oi! Remove the link in your quote as well tongue.gif

Hahaha! No I did not, but I will donate when the version becomes usable tongue.gif If people are so hard up for it, then they can find it themselves, right? No need for us to further disrespect the author by releasing something publicly when he requested not to do it, yet.

Eh, no need to edit my quote ler...they don't lead anywhere. Try it. Ooooh, hang on, I hope it doesn't lead to ex-Minister Chua's video tongue.gif

I played around with NavFone Pro just now and it's quite cute, although its maps are not as detailed as malsingmaps.

Does anyone know where to get a USB charger and desktop charger for the phone in PJ, and their respective prices?

Thanks.
