thks! i've jz installed the Nseries Suite........but, I cant update software of my phone using the suite

it says, "phone model cannot be identified"


one mroe thing, when i start my phone, it tends 2 go thru this "installing" phase, but then lead to "untrusted software in memory" then I dunno wat 2 do

should I hard reset it or wat? i really m an idiot when it comes 2 this hi tech gadgets.....so pardon me for asking nooob questions........hope i can learn from here.....

i cant reset the phone it asks for "lock code"

which i dun hav.........my manuals all in arabic words......like Al-quran so cant understand a word either......haih

btw, i've tried reseting with snakevenom's advise n the installing thing, it went off edi........the panoman also disappeared with it.......but im glad hehe!

no i dun mind at all, but prob is im a noob user n 1st time using a symbian phone......i even having difficulties learning how 2 use the new phone........nvrtheless hope i still able 2 wat i wanted such as garmin mobile coz its the only app that i must hav now.................. but for garmin i need a card reader 2 connect directly 2 pc........which i dun hav now.........

gotta wait monday 2 get 1 card reader........btw, i still like this phone its all in 1 package!

anybody knows wats wrong wif my phone everytime i plug in the USB cable n want 2 use it for 'data transfer' it says memory card is in use? I can connect if i select 'PC suite'
