Probably Nokia wanted to clear stock for N82 while newer version is coming out. nod.gif

Can't say the same for my ex-K750i (which I keep as a spare phone). The logo sticker at the bottom scratched off after 2 months, paint around the keypad and rim also peeled off. "Sony Ericsson" words at the back also gone...and worst of all, the SIM card couldn't be read 5/10 times I reset the phone.

Did you send the phone for warranty claim?
Does SE Waranty cover those problem?

have you guys encountered the phone autorestart problem? it happens several times to me, but only during certain occasion, for me it happens when:

1. I plug in my headphone, option came out, and i select "Headphones". Bammm, phone reboots.
2. I paired by bluetooth headset with the Phone, and upon next activation of my bluetooth headset, It reboots.
3. I plug in the audio/video cable and once i select "TV Out" option, it reboots.
4. I plug in data cable, select "Data Transfer" and it reboots.

It happens randomly when you plug in the cable, it might reboot now and later it's working well again no matter how many times u plug in and out the cable. Not much of a complain though, at least it does not suka suka reboot during standby. lol!

Something is not right with your phone. Better get it checked and repaired.

N82 cannot be charged via the micro USB port. shakehead.gif Only can charge by the charger via the charge hole. icon_idea.gif

Tips: You can go Novacell and buy a USB charger, which charge via the charge hole. nod.gif
Something like the Nokia CA-100:

beware that the connector might not be able to charge the battery fully, even worst might not even charge the battery. USB port only supply 500mah while the nokia charger is rated 850mah or higher. this USB charger is intended for older nokia model

but do try and post the result here biggrin.gif

Yes, but using Nokia Maps I never encountered these problem and its much accurate when it comes to positioning, more accurate than Malsing. But u need to pay for the Navigation la. Map detail wise still Malsing is better.
How much do we have to pay for the Navigation?
Is it charge at 3G data rate?
