I was using the initial gmapsuppMXT file. But that is June map, which is not updated. So I tried 2.15 and had all the abbreviation issues. The Honda map has got no abbreviation problems, but the map is not detailed and missing lots of POIs.

I wonder if the 2.15 has got a MXT supported format.

anyway to leave the backlight on when using GPS?
i tried the GPS just now,and the max i can leave the backlight on was 60 seconds..

damn kao annoying having to keep pressing a button to re enable the damn light.

or is there a setting im missing here?

i drove past taman tun earlier,and just to my right was an about turn.but the garmin voice guidance system told me to take the round about,3 o clock
there was no roundabout there!

how do you use it?

i tried reading a barcode on a 100plus can last night,and i waited for 10+ minutes,but nothing happened

anyone know how it works?

Has anyone came across this problem?

My Garmin mobile XT cant seem to display the road names properly. The letters come out as a 'question mark' in a black diamond. Something like, "J. T????? A?????? R?????? ahead" at the top of the screen. What seems to be the problem? Can anyone help me please? Im using the free version of Borneo map. Thanks!

Though ppl find Xenon flash draws a lot of current. True, but it still happens to other available digicam, battery life remains a problem.

I think you can preserve your Locations by marking down its GPS position, but its tedius that you need to key in back one by one...

Someone managed to unlock the Malsingmaps (March 2008) v2.23 All-In-One GOLD VERSION without the need to contribute to get the unlock key... hmmm

does it have the ??????? problem when showing road names?
in other matters in hand, did you know tht n82/n95/n95 (8gig) has an inner shutter tht protects the lens? It opens only when your camera is activated.

ok.. heres the story.. 2 days back, my n82 gave me a fright . when i activated the camera by opening the shutter (the one with the slide button or whatever u call it), my camera activated, but all i see on the screen was black blank . everything was working fine except that the lens was not picking up any images.. then i realized that the shutter INSIDE the phone was not opened . i tried to open n close so many times but to no avail. and i had to reboot my phone only it started working like normal again *phew*

anyone kena this before?
