i just bought N82 AP Set hours ago for RM1650, at LowYat Plaza...

now i can rediscover my story telling... 

i placed an order for my n82 and the guy asked me if i want the second batch or not.
i have to add rm30 for the second batch.
he mentioned something about having a different IC for different batches.

i know im sacrificing the super nice UI when i chose n82..

for n82 at least u can have flash as screensaver...n yes there are many nice themes and apps for n82..dun worry bout that

edit theme under screensaver u can use .swf files..only 6120, n95, n82 so far i think can do this.
n there are animated themes...

i renamed the honda maps to gmapsup2.img and it worked. (must put gmapsup2.unl)

Anyway, still waiting for a reply on the MAPKING or GARMIN installation procedure...any expert here?

Nokia Beta Labs has posted Nokia Location Tagger application for S60 3rd edition smartphones. It automatically links location data to the picture. That is the application automatically saves GPS-coordinates to an EXIF-file of a photo taken by the smartphone camera. Then you can tag the photo to the map. Nokia Location Tagger was tested with Nokia N95, N95 8GB, N82 and E90 (smartphones with the built-in GPS), but it should work on the smartphones with an external GPS-module (for example, N73 and N81). Here you can download Nokia Location Tagger beta-version and leave your comments about it.

I think the software communicates directly to the GPS module, via Bluetooth / internal. It stores the Long/Lat coordinates embedded in the image itself.

Google Picasa Web Album also can. So when you upload the photo, it will show on a map where the photo is taken
