Without expansion, yes still can play but without the expansion content; no selection of Draenei or Blood Elves, can't go to Outlands, can't go to Draenie and Blood Elf areas (this includes Zul'Aman). You can still level to 70, but only level in Eastern Kingdom and Kalimdor.

Ok thanx for the clarification. I didn't try so can't say for certain. Won't argue with trial and error so there you go; get TBC or you're stuck at lvl 60 sweat.gif
