Well. As far as I know, you can go lower with the handles and machine, so it makes your pushups more effective for your chest, but when you go lower than your torso's plane, it will strain your shoulders. Well then everything comes at a cost.
And maybe it's less taxing on your wrists? That I have no idea.
Oh yeah, I saw those handles again. This time by Nike. They're selling it for RM69. At the top floor of Midvalley at the Nike shop. Saw it yesterday.

EDIT: I just realised. You cant go lower with the machine since the base is blocking your torso from going any further. So just the handles then.
