anyway for aftermarket projector you can meddle with the beam but because it spreads the light via lenses, you need very strong source of light to ensure good transportation of light wave. projectors which came stock with the vehicle is good as its totally flaw less in providing such transportation. where else for aftermarket ones, quality is not tested and some parties claim the use of halogen on such aftermarket projectors can actually melt the projector lenses due to excessive heat.
