QUOTE(panasonic88 @ Jan 5 2012, 10:52 AM) Harison & Panamy's chart look alike. Price stabilize for 2-3 months already. Also indicated now is the best time for accumulation. Not sure about Harison, but for Panamy share price will move up when it is getting closer to May'12 aka big dividend month. I am a happy Panamy shareholder since 2010. |

Not sure if this is the right place to ask.
Dividend / current price = dividend yield Dividend / price bought = ??? I'm looking for a stock which had I bought it 5 years ago the dividend / price-bought is 20% even though its dividend yield is probably only 5% now. Get what I mean? I want the dividend amount to increase every year. This post has been edited by getsmart: Jan 7 2012, 12:43 AM |

Defeat the purpose of having dividend stock already.very easy... sometimes those stocks declare some super special dividend, don't even need to own a lot of stock Some far-sighted needed sometimes |

Currently I have 1,000 shares of Panamy at average cost RM16.80 Am going to buy another 200 to 300 shares before March'12. Earnings looks flatish. At Rm20, div yeild is around 7%, net 5.3%. Not too bad, i suppose. i have Pintaras Jaya which has given div of 9% yeild. Quite consistnet too! But 1st qtr LOssss. This post has been edited by prophetjul: Jan 13 2012, 10:40 AM |

Dividend received is still taxable right?
Auto deducted, then the tax voucher is issued to us for tax refund when we file our income tax right? |
