Chemotherapy costs easily thousands a cycle in private hospitals these days.
Better insure yourselves sufficiently before you get this, or other serious diseases.

My elder brother thought his $60,000 annual medical coverage with ING
was sufficient to get him thru his lifetime. Lifetime limit 3 times, $180,000.
That was why some years ago, I grabbed a top-up policy of $150,000 for
him, lifetime $750,000. He said it was a waste of money, but he is following
up on the yearly premiums anyway.
I too had wanted to top up with the same policy for some time, but I dilly-dallied.
With my current condition, even if they accept me, it would be with heavy exclusions,
to the point that the policy becomes virtually useless.
PPUM charges very min, my friend got cancer, he told me chemo less than rm15 per cycle in PPUM..Better insure yourselves sufficiently before you get this, or other serious diseases.
