May I know what exactly the legal fees and stamp duty that I need to pay when buying a property?
I am a little confused here because when I search the Internet, I found that theer is legal fees for SPA, legal fees for loan agreement, stamp duty for SPA and also stamp duty for loan agreement.
Is that correct?

Can you guys tell me what's the % fees bracket for each of these?

Btw, does anyone know how much quit rent and access fees cause for a 1200 square feet condo?
