It is not just a Subaru Impreza Ver 9.. it's the limited edition Subaru Impreza WRX STi S204 Limited Edition. Only 600 units made for sale.

Quite a fair bit. Power is up to 320HP and torque 440nm and quite a number of limited edition specs that is not available in the standard STi. Also, of course a plaque that specifies the car number out of the 600 units built.

The question here is.. WHY....?? Unless there's an intercooler down there I don't see any reason why... unless to go "beng beng" (aka local bling bling gone wrong)...

Got hole.. 5th pic from the top you can see thru the hole into the engine as the bonnet was being closed/opened. Just in the right spot to the whole engine wet.

To be exact, that should be the Subaru Impreza WRX STi Type RA Spec C (long name but it does actually appear in the car registration under model kereta), which comes with the roof scoop straight from the factory. The rally decals are the actually replica that is found on the WRC Subaru. This is not some beng beng sticker. Cost of the stickers.. RM5K.

But of course, without really looking at the car it is quite difficult to tell since it can be customised with a roof scoop but not many can bear having the angle grinder cutting a hole on the roof.

Hhaha.. nice try but that's not the exact reason for the scoop since it is not meant to blow air on to the drivers. It is to pressurise the cabin so that dirt and dust does not get into the car during gravel stages of the rally.

Like I said, it's meant for Rally. The Type RA Spec C does not come with air con, radio, electronic windows and everything stripped down. It's mean to be purchased and immediately modified for rally or track use. Of course there are some who use it on the road and the scoop will have no function.

You can always close it. There is a hatch inside the car to close it. It's not open permanently.

off topic: Are you sure Wilayah has holiday? They have not announced it yet as the PM is still considering it. Thaipusam does not include Wilayah.

Sorry.. price revision to RM348K. Buy = idiot coz that car goes on sale for RM120K in Japan (dealers price). Even with CBU taxes, that car cost no more than RM200K with profit. Naza makes RM150K from the idiot.

No, I got it in an email from Naza. Everytime they have new cars they'd email me the photos and the price. Just got the email just now with a different price. If I have time i'd put up the rest of the photos from different angles but unfortunately the photos are not of good quality.
