DYMM Sultan Selangor's RR Phantom
 This is only the second Phantom I have seen in Malaysia, and first that has been registered (see the roadtax sticker). Sultan of Selangor bought this in Singapore, along with a black Phantom as well. So far no more details on the black one, it is also likely to be registered, though most of the time it will also running in these royalty plates.  |
