can try those high cfm fan too.. should differ in temp. Also look for those fan with opposite fan funnel thingy where it converges the air to the center. normally fan spins the air and it diverges.

Add thick rubber in between the heatsink. this will help to tighten up when u screw in the heatsink and the metal wont expend n will tighten up. see pic below.
