It varies depending on the AP distributor, MOST of them provide 1 year warranty, some 15 months e.g. CSL, some 18 months e.g. AsiaMobile/Pacific, some 2 years e.g. DrMobile

It depends, nowadays it's getting more and more common where AP distributors are giving out 18 months warranty for the phone to compete with other AP distributors and this benefit us. Some companies like DrMobile provides 2 years warranty on phone, CSL 15 months and the price might be slightly higher
