sorry to hear that, mate. it's kinda like there is a problem with the contact between the board and the screen. or perhaps, the firmware is corrupted. master reset only works on some lagging and minor problem.
you need to bring it to SE service center and let them rectify the problem.
apparently, the A2DP mode in k810i only works with stereo bluetooth headset and not with mono bluetooth headset.
as for the mono HBH-PV702, it'll only works in receiving and making a call.
i am on R8BA024, which is seem to be the most stable firmware for k810i yet. you can try using the update feature available in the phone>setting>update service. make sure the phone is configure to go to internet.
else, once the necessary SE software installed, connect the phone to the pc/laptop using the data cable and go to SEUS site for the latest update. don't turn off the of disconnect the phone during the update.

after compare hpm62 n hpm70,i found tat hpm62 can produce more compact sound quality.the sound quality is lebih kurang wf i use shp2700 listening to flac in my computer.but hpm70 sound very spread n not concentrate,maybe clear but tat different from listening flac.i wander tat hpm70 is fake de or not?gt anybody noe hw to diferentiate?n wanna ask hw much is d hpm70?cant denied tat hpm70 design rili cool n awesome.

how to install usb flash?

just turn off the phone , pressing the 'C' while connecting with the USB cable . no need using the
XS software . then windows will detect new hardware then u search for the driver where u downloaded
ps: remember to extract the driver first . then wait for it to install itself lo 

normally it can detect and ask u to install the flash driver if u use xp. after that ur phone can be flashed by xs++.

i'm boycotting SEUS already coz they block updates for ap phones go se-nse forum search for updates and flash thru xs++ better

ya , so careful not to scratch those button .   well , theres alwalys a replacement for the old keypad .  

just download them all , and try each 1 lo . take a picture of the same part but using different driver . thats what i do ,
i compare the picture together and pick the most nice

My firmware, R6BC002 won't update to R8BA024. I update through phone, it says it's updated to latest software. I updated through update service i download from internet, it says no update available for my phone. How leh? Now i need
