Can an AP set go to Nokia care centre to update the firmware? Because i'm getting a 2nd hand n96 and would like to reformat the whole phone. And if yes, how much does it cost?

Finally bought a 2nd hand n96. Basically the phone is pretty cool jz not as solid as e71. I'd updated to the latest version, thx bro kae. Still struggling around the phone bcs it's first time i use symbian phone. Will explore more after my finals.
