guys i need help here, my dad bought a n96 from china as he is working there now and he gave the phone to me. now i am using maxis and the wap and mms configuration that maxis sent to me is 3g wap and mms which is not supported by my phone, how do i get the non-3g configuration as nowadays maxis sends it automatically by detecting your phone model.

also, i am having trouble with this phone, it automatically turns off once in a while (few times a day). Really hate it lar.. before i update the firmware, it was only few days once but now after i updated my firmware, it becomes few times per day. plus most of the contacts i synced from my pc always wont show on incoming call and messages

i have tried to reinstall the firmware and factory reset and so on.. but it could not help.. how??

it is original from china.. means its a zitron phone from china
i went to nokia centre they do not want to do for me, they ask me to go to berjaya plaza nokia service centre lar >.<
