There's one day I left my TNG card at home. While queuing at cash lane, I saw the person in front use Touch N Go and ask for receipt from the counter! Is that a new feature or exist long time ago? It's good if we were to claim the expenses from company!

Anyone tried that?

When I reload at the "tambah nilai" lane at those tolls, they will always give me a receipt after I reload....and i think this exist long time ago..have been reloading at the tambah nilai lane and they have been giving me receipt since then...haha..

so ask for receipt then hahahaha

all lane can use t&g except smart tag lane... if the casher give receipt means he top up value

if you want a receipt, use the touch n go website. Register, it's for free. you can get the online bill there. slightly not updated....

Yes, you can use your TnG at cash lane and ask for a receipt, if your TnG got not enough credit you can also use the cash lane to pay.

i think what the TS wanted is, a receipt for the time he uses the tng card. Meaning like for work claims. The receipt issued at cash lane or whatever, is the reload top up receipt. not per transaction receipt.

which i stated earlier, it can be obtained from tng website.

u need to ask ~ some counter good they provide u as well before u say so

FYI, I often travel to outstaion and i'm a user of TnG, since i need to claim the tol so i touch my card at the cash lane and ask for receipt, this receipt is the tol receipt for example the tol from Melaka to KL not the reload top up receipt, you can't just simply topup at cash lane, you can only pay at cash lane. For topup you need to go to those Tambah Nilai lane. And since i bought Smart Tag i no more exit at cash lane but use the TnG website instead.

you go bring atm n touchngo...insert atm like normal then pick reload touchngo

you can ask for receipts if you are usingTnG and drive into the tunai lanes......beein practising that for the past 5 yrs or so........its not new...... dont worry if you dont see the TnG box outside the booth...... they have another reader in the cashier booth.......

not sure if you can use it on LDP or not.......think only applicable on PLUS

at least got convenience...if the place that doesn't charge you reload fees is far away...you'll be spending more than 50 cents on petrol and probably parking. Maybank ATMs are everywhere...

ya lo, they usualy give receipt when u go in the land for top up TNG...

The receipt is needed so that you can check your balance before and after top up. There is nothing wrong to give receipt, right ?

that after reload receipt is to help u claim if the reload goes haywired.

during the times when petronas still uses the big pc to reload, they loaded few ringgits less for me...when i use, i only know.
they refunded me after i show petronas the receipt
